१- पर्यटकों के पर्यटन संबंधी ध्येय , उदेस्य याने प्रयोजन के हिसाब से
२- ग्राहक की आवश्यकताओं , कारण कारकों , लाभ के हिसाब से
३- ग्राहक याने पर्यटक के लक्षणों के हिसाब से
४- जनसांख्यकी , आर्थिक व भौगोलिक परिस्थितियों के हिसाब से
५-मनोवैज्ञानिक लक्षणों के अनुसार
६- मनोवैज्ञानिक -जनसांख्यकीय गुणों अनुसार
७- कीमत अनुसार
