बाजार विभाजित करने के पश्चात टूर ऑपरेटर को कुछ विशेष टूर व्यापरों को ही अपनाना चाहिए ना कि सभी बाजारों को।
बजार चुनाव में निम्न वातों का ध्यान रखा जाता है , संज्ञान लिया जाता है -
१- किन किन बाजारों से अधिक फायदा होगा ?
२- किन किन बाजारों प्रतिस्पर्धा को जीता जा सकता है
३- टूर ऑपरेटर किन किन बजारों के लायक है
४ -टूर ऑपरटर किन किन बजारों के बिलकुल भी लायक नही है
५- किन किन बाजारों को अभी तक दोहन नही हुआ है
६- टूर ऑपरेटर ध्येयित बजार को नया क्या दे सकता है की प्रतियोगिता में अब्बल रहे।
