            Tribhuwan Uniyal writes a regular satirical column ‘Hello  ...hello…Pradhani Bau’ for Khabar Sar a Garhwali newsletter.  Every time, Uniyal humorously takes in his Garhwali satirical column. In his satirical column of 15^thDecember 2011 of Khabar Sar, Uniyal , satirically, criticizes  the corruption methods in getting Below Poverty cards BPL), corruption in old age pension card; getting awards to false Uttarakhand movement activists.  Tribhuwan attacks humorously and sharply that non- illegible get the facilities of Below Poverty facilities; old age Pension and Uttarakhand movement activist facilities through influence (jugad) and corrupt methods and the deserving candidates don’t get the facilities.

  The satire is in dialogue form between a Boy and sister in law (Pradhani Bau) on phone. Readers enjoy the smooth dialogues attacking on corrupt administration in Uttarakhand.
