Arjun Singh Gusain was Conscious about Editorial responsibilities

   Arjun Singh Gusain used to meet this author at least once a month. He used to talk with this author about his jobs as editor of Hilans a regional magazine. By his talk and by reading ‘Hilans’, it may be said that Arjun Singh Gusain used to manage his magazine editorial job perfectly in the following areas-

1-As a regional magazine editor, Arjun Singh Gusain understood that his one editorial responsibility is to call articles from various writers  

2-Arjun Singh was aware that editor‘s responsibility is to oversee layout, appearance and content of Hilans.

3-Gusain perfectly followed his editorial responsibilities in the area of selecting articles and write ups suitable to standard of Hilans magazine

4-Arjun Singh Gusain was conscious about proof reading as important aspect of editorial responsibility of a community magazine editor.

5- Arjun Singh Gusain was fully aware that one of the editorial responsibilities of a community magazine editor is to post the magazine in time.
