Confusion on Founding Panwar Dynasty Garhwal King from Beckett's List: A South Asian History Review

          Beckett provided two Parmar or Panwar Garhwal King Lists together in a Government Garhwal Gazette.

1-The Kanakpal Dynasty Kings List – In this list it is mentioned that Kanakpal was migrated from Gujarat. The list contains names of twenty five Kings. This list presents that Kanakpal died in 699 and the last King died in 1159.

2-Kandilpal from Dharanagari –In this list, there are 35 Kings till Pradyumn Shah. This list offers that Kandilpal was son in law of Sonpal who died in 1159.

 Raturi and Patiram accepted both th e lists submitted b Assistant Commissioner Beckett .

The first confusion is that if Kandilpal is son in law of Sonpal then it is not possible to have father in law and son in law from same family tree.

 There are no evidences to proof the lists.
