    The village needs a school. Villagers form a cooperative organization. The villagers built a school through Shramdan( cooperation). The villagers are very much enthusiastic in building a school for their children.  The cooperative organization runs the school. However, when the states takes over the organization the cooperation among villagers diminishes.

  The story deals many facets of cooperation and non cooperation moods of people.
