     Daya Ram failed in tenth class and went to Delhi. There, he got job of Daftary. He started posting money order. His family members stopped agriculture works and became dependent on money order. Dayaram returned to home and started modern agriculture as gardening, horticulture, mushroom production, honey business etc. Now, Daya ram is earning in village more than what he could dream. However, his wife is not satisfied because she is not getting that adventure what she used to get by money order.

           The story teller is successful in depicting a money order being brought by post man, the adventure in village, and the talk of villagers about money order and handing over money by postman. Joshi also searches the accelerating factors of migration from rural Garhwal. Joshi is famous for humor in the story and then creating satire for his subject. His characters are simple and Joshi provides them a respectable place in the story. The readers get engaged due to tale telling technique of tale writer.
