         ‘Suradi ka Andur’ is the best example of very fine sensitive, experiencing, portraying Garhwali geographical beauty and children psychology –modern Garhwali story.  There are eggs of Suradi bird on the tree branch.  She used to come and see them. One day she told about eggs to her younger brother. He used to touch them to know about the life of eggs and one egg fell down and broken away. However, one egg is safe and there is hope for next generation.

    The story starts from geographical description of outside of village. There is love of a caw mother to her calf. There are emotions of Suradi bird in the story. There is suspense and excitement of children. The climax is breaking of the egg.

        ‘Suradi ka Andur’ is the best story of story collection ‘Banj ki Peed’ in terms of emotional show, easy flow of story, sensitivity, children psychology implicit morality, experiencing.
