                     Bribery means an act of offering gift or money that alters/changes or adjusts the behavior of beneficiary. The paying-off is to get the job done through government officials or other persons by offering those gifts or money.

             Harish Juyal takes the readers in the satirical article ‘Katwari System’ to past about offering bribe through Ghee pot (Katwari). Humorously, Juyal states that these days, the procedure of ‘Katwari System’has changed and will change in future too as ‘Udan Tastari’.

  Humorously Juyal discusses glove money, cross palm, greasing palm, greasing wheels, oiling the angels etc.
