However the poem by Noble Lauret Gunter Whilhelm Grass  is one of the notable poems about western hypocrisy. Upcoimg but famous Garhwali poet  Geetesh Negi translated in Garhwali the great work of Nobel Lauret to show western hypocrisy as under :

मी किल्लेय  रौं चुप , किल्लेय रौं छुपाणु इत्गा देर तलक 
 वू  जगजाहिर राज
जैथै   बरते ग्या बार बार लडै का मैदानौं  मा ,अर 
जैका आखिर मा जू बच्यां रै ग्यो हम
त फुन्डू ध्वाला  से ज्यादा कुछ भी नि छाई हैसयत हमरि

जोर जोर से किटकताल   मारिक

उन्ल उर्या द्या एक कौथिग सी

जैन्मा दबे ग्या या बात ,कि

यु पहलू हमला करणा कु बोलण्या अधिकार ही चा

जू मिटा सकद ईरानी लोगौं थैं

किल्लेय उन्कू सत्ता कु दायरा फैलूं  चा  
एक परमाणु बम बणणा की आशंकाओं का  बीच
 उन्ह थेय लगद   की इन्नु जरूर कुछ हुणु चा

बावजूद येक्का ,किल्लेय  रोकणु रौं मी अप्फ्फु थेय

वे दुसर देशऽक  नाम लिण से

जक्ख बरसूँ  भटेय ,लुक -छुपिक ही सही

परमाणु आश की मुट्ठ बोटैणि राइ काजोल व्हैकी 
किल्लेय वे फर  कैकु जोर  ,कुई जांच कारगर नि छाई ?
छुपा की रक्खे ग्या यूँ बथौं थैं सरया संसार मा

जैन्मा शामिल छाई मेरी ख़ामोशी भी
एक झुठू  अफ्जश जन्न
जैथै सज्जा मिलण ही चैन्द    

बल्कि सज्जा लगभग तय छाई ,अगर तोड़ दिंदा हम इन्ह  सनक्ताल   थेय 

तुम त  जणदा  ही छोव यहूदी बिद्रोल का फतवा

अब ,किल्लेय कि म्यारू देश  
जू एकदा  न ,कत्गे दा गवाह रैं  अपडा ही कुकर्मो कु

अर येमा एकु कुई जोड़ नि  च

बदला मा  अगर ठेट व्योपरी का तरीका से ही

शांत ऊँठड़ीयूँ  से डांड देकी

इजरैल थेय परमाणु पनडुब्बी भेजणा कु करणु च ऐलान

जैकी खूबी बस इत्गा च

कि वा छोड़  सकद तमाम विनाशक मिशैल वक्ख

जक्ख एक भी एटम बमऽक वजूद   अज्जी  तलक नि व्हेय साकू साबित  

पर डैर , मजबूर करद इन्ही मनणा  कु दगड सबूत

त बोल दिंण मिल वा बात

जू अब बोल दिये जाण चैन्द

पर किल्लेय रौं मी चुप अज्जी तलक

इल्लेयी , किल्लेय मेरी जलंम  भूमि  
ज्यें पर लग्याँ  छीं कभी ना मिटण वला दाग

रोक्दी छाई मिथ्यै बोलण से  वा सच
इजरैल नौ का वे देश से ,जै से बंध्यु  छाई मी      

और अज्जी  बी  चान्दु मी बंध्यु ही  रैन्णु
फिर आज क्या व्हेय ग्या इन्नु

की सुखदी दवात अर बुढयान्द कलम से

मी कन्नू  छोवं या बात

की परमाणु पावर इजरैल  से
खतरा चा इन्ह नाज़ुक दुनिया का अमन चैन थेय

किल्लेय कि यु बुलये   ही जाण चैन्द
 
भोल ,व्हेय सकद भोत देर व्हेय जाव

और इल्लै कि भी ,कि वेकु बोझ से दब्याँ हम ज़र्मन

ना बण जौं कक्खी कै अपराद का भागी

जू ना दिखेंदु व्हा ,अर ना व्हेय साक जैकू प्रायश्चित्‍त
पुरणा जन्या मन्या बहानौं आर सफैय देकी  
इल्लेय ,तोड़ याल मिल सनक्ताल अप्डी

किल्लेय कि थक ग्युं मी अब पश्चिमऽक  दुग्लापन्न से 

येक्का अलावा ,एक आश त छें ही च

कि मेरि बाच तोड़ साकली सनक्ताल का सब्बी संगुलौं थेय

अर बार बार खतरा बरखाण वलूं  खुण व्होली या एक अपील

कि वू हिंसा छोडिक ,जोर दियाँ इन्ह बात फर 

कि इजरैलऽक परमाणु ताकत  अर इरानऽक अडडऔं   फर

द्युआ मुल्कौं कि सरकारौं थेय मंजूर एक अंतरराष्‍ट्रीय एजेंसी  
कि रयाँ अंच्छयाज

परमानेंट अर लगातार

एक यु ही तरीका च

कि सब्बी इजरैली अर फिलिस्तीनी

यक्ख तक्क कि , दुनिया का ये  हिस्सा मा फैलीं बौल का  बंदी

सब्बी लोग

रह सक्कीं दगड मिल जुलिक

दुश्मनों का बीच

और पता च ,हम भी
जौंल खोल याल अब  अप्डी बाच  |
