  People believed that ill health poverty and other pains were because of deities cursing. People belied that deities satisfaction was must.

   Whenever, the normal medical caring failed for human illness, animal illness, economic losses or other losses, people used visit ‘Puchher’/Bakki’ (Future teller). Bakki used to tell the name of deity and reasons for his/her anger.  Then, there used to be Ghadela in praise of the said deity. Jagri used to tell story of deity , call for deity satisfaction and pray for happiness and prosperity for the family who conducted the Ghadela. Usually, deity soul used to enter a family member (Pashwa) and that member used to shiver and people used to smoke the person by putting Ghee on burning coal. Pashwa used to dance too. villagers also used to come for listening Jagar of Ghadela.

 There were other Tantra mantra acts too as remedial acts for satisfying deities, ill souls etc as Doodhfool Puja, Chhaya puja, Dariyavali, et  c
