     At that time, people were receiving a cyclostyled weekly as ‘Congress Dhindhora’. There is record that people received Congress Dhindhora on 10 th October . That means the weekly was cyclostyled around 20^th September 1942.  The paper mentioned Devi Datt as Director and the cost was mentioned as ‘Deshprem or Patriotism’.  The periodical was offering the news about freedom fight activities in Dehradun and  across the nation. According to that bulletin , people called Daman divas in Dehradun . Activists started a procession but people did not cooperate and shopkeepers kept their shops open. Police arrested many students and activists as Shobharam, Om Prkash Kapur, Buddh Singh , Amara Singh , Shanti Swarup Sharma, Badri Prasad  et all. Police arrested weekly editors Devi Daat, Sundar Lal and Shobh Singh.
