        British government was bent for suppressing freedom movement by all means in each region big or small. Gujaru /Gujadu region Patwari wrote a letter to District Magistrate Bernardi for deputing force to  Gujaru/Gujadu . Bernardi sent a force under Tehsildar Kundan Singh Mall, Kanungo Chandra Singh and other Patwaris.

 In October 1942, Te above armed force caught many freedom activists from Badalpur, Sabali, Khatali and Idia Kot and then reached to Gujaru/Gujadu. The Armed force reached to Khuntar . There was battle like struggle between people and armed force. Police killed three  men and injured six persons. Police force followed a few freedom fighters till Chami  Sald. Due to cooperation from people for activists , police could not catch the activists. Police used various suppressive methods on people there. Police locked houses of suspected  people . Police drag them out from house and plantation and  bate them. However, activists escape from the region.

  Activist Sitaram ied in absconding state in Tanakpur. Activists as Shishram Pokhariyal, Man Singh rawat roamed Ramnagar, Kolagarh and reached to Delhi , there, they met Bhairav dattDhulia.
