Parashar Gaur writes more on political scenario of Garhwal or India. In this satirical prose, Gaud shows the
characteristics of political leaders of Uttarakhand
that, who roams as street dogs and marry two or more times. Gaur names the
leaders as Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna, Shiva Nand Nautiyal who married twice. Indirectly Gaud talks about the
characteristics of political leaders who used to boost him an International
leader but became the chief minister of Uttarakhand. Parashar ridicules the Uttarakhand
leadership sharply and compares it as street dog.
The satire is in reporting narrative
form.
