The great Indian satirist Puran Pant wrote various articles satirically with different tone and mood. His way of attacking to wrong happenings is indirect satire with characters.  It is a fact that migrated Garhwali youth takes employment in country or abroad and forgets his duties towards parents and native place. The great Indian satirist Puran Pant criticizes such mentality of Garhwali youth those forget/ignore parents and native place through satirical article ‘Bubai chitthi’. The father writes letter to his son and mocks his deeds. This satire is mixer of invective, mock encomium, javelin, and dramatic irony. The great Indian satirist takes car e of Garhwali language grammar that other writers take care seldom.
