   Dr. Umesh Chamola is a versatile Garhwali language literature creative that created short stories, novel, dramas and collected folk stories too. ‘Bandyo ki Chitthi (letter from Forest Godess) is 10 children Garhwali dramas collection by Umesh Chamola. ‘Band Kara Polythene’ is first stage drama from the said collection.

           The drama ‘Band Kara Polythene’ is about the wrongs of polythene and very harmful for the earth and for the animals health too. The drama is short but purposeful and inspiring too.

 The language, the dialogues, are simple for children and the twist is proper for inspiring children for not using polythene bags.

  The education department should instruct teachers for playing the said  drama in every  school.
