अम्वाणि (Mango Curry or Vegetable of Mango)

अम्वाणि कच्चो आम कु तरीदार साग हुन्द . कच्चो आम तैं छीलिक , हडयालू गाडिक आलू जन काटे जांद या छिल्याँ आमों तैं थींचे जांद
फिर कट्यां आम या थिन्च्याँ आम तैं तेल मा तडका देकी , मैणु मसला, लूण मिलैक पाणि दगड पकैक साग बणये जांद . क्वी क्वी साग तैं दड़बडू बणाणो कुणि मुन्ग्र्युं आळण .
बि मिलान्दन.
जादातर अम्वाणि (आम का साग) म्व़ाटा रूटळ या झ्न्ग्वर /कौणी मा खये जांद
The unripped mangoes are peeled and cut as poteto. Then the cut mangoes are fried in hot edible oil . Then fried cut mango are mixed with spices, salt (asper taste and desire) in the frying pan and water is put and boiled tll the mango curry is fully cooked. curry medium as corn flour is also mixed many times.
